(COMPANY NAME) Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for (COMPANY NAME) European entities.
In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations.
Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda.
The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Perform Interco activities including reporting, ontime analysis/reconciliations in line with quality and Group standards Process Intercompany invoices and credit notes Manage Intercompany supplier/ customer queries Prepare payment proposal Process Advance/Urgent payments Perform Intercompany supplier/ customer reconciliations Report needs for changes in Master Data Implement and execute process checkpoint controls Support the analysis, report and clear open General Ledger and Subledger items Perform ALNET cycle Clearing payables and receivables in subledger accounts Perform postings and analysis on Intercompany accounts Prepare and upload IRIS reporting packages Support the analysis and highlight the gaps between IRIS and ERP, if needed Perform month-end tasks and controls according to the closing calendar Execute ad-hoc requests if needed Are you a MATCH? Degree in Accounting / Financial / Management / Economy Experience in Business Services Center is a plus Experience in a multinational company is desirable Intermediate in English (written and spoken) Extra languages are valued (e.
