Key Responsibilities.
Collaborate with project managers and key clients to define business processes.
Gather functional and technical system requirements.
Design and implement BPM-based solutions using Appian BPM software.
Assist clients in identifying additional business process opportunities that can be targeted with Appian's software.
Follow internal delivery processes and standards.
Deliverables.
Design and implement solutions with Appian software.
Design and implement technical solutions and write technical specifications.
Participate in product testing of delivered solutions.
Perfil Expertise in BPM solutions or similar (e.
., test automation).
Expertise in consulting methodologies such as process mapping.
Expertise in agile methodologies, building solutions in cross-functional teams.
Expertise in database concepts and proficiency with at least one major database (e.
., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, RDBMS databases).
Expertise in JAVA development; JAVA Core 7+.
Expertise in JSON or similar data structures (e.
., XML).
Proficiency in an English-speaking environment.
Expertise with IDEs such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, or similar.
Expertise in other technologies/programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, RESTful Services.
