In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world.
Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas.

We are looking for an Incident Officer to work in this project in Porto.
Requirements.
Knowledge of risk management, have the ability to identify, alert and suggest remediation; Previous experience with risk analysis, to anticipate and analyze threats and create risk scenario; Knowledge of IT, cybersecurity regulators frameworks and requirements; Fluent in english.
Responsibilities.
Collect and centralize all relevant production incident; Assess with relevant stakeholders the production incident to identify historical incident; Document and challenge all historical incidents outcomes, and Follow the implementation of action plans; Bring support to answer requests; Report to the top management all relevant historical incidents and related action plans.
