Main Tasks and Responsibilities.
* Incident Analysis, priority validation and information verification; * Stakeholders identification for incident resolution and technical team routing; * Respect of defined SLA and OLA agreements; * Crisis cell creation if needed; (conf calls/war room).
Requirements.
* Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident management; * Knowledge of ITIL; * Strong skills in Linux, Windows, Network Architecture, VPN and Firewalls; * Expertise with Service Now, Outlook and Microsoft Office; * Dynamism, proactivity and ability to work in a team; * Leadership and communication skills; * Fluency in English; * Fluency in French.
