Seamlessly transition through the key features and benefits of the concept, utilizing dynamic 3D "life like" Video visualization.
The Fly Through Video will feature the inside and outside of the building.
The outside of the building is a beautiful parklands and is just as important as inside the building.
The total area is about square meters in total (inside & out).
The Video will showcase the inside of the building including a Pet Cafe, retail shops, indoor pool, Vet Clinic, Grooming Salon, Pet Shop, Conference Centre & Luxury Boarding Kennels.
The fly through video will include the outside park lands, landscaping, outdoor beach lagoon, agility equipment, BBQ Area, grassed fenced sections, all with moving people, staff and lots of dogs running around and swimming.
We require a variety of static and moving dogs and people creating a real "buzz" around this unique vision/concept.
Conclude with a strong call to action, encouraging potential investors to take the next step.
The video should have a duration of 1-2 minutes.
The video should have a modern and sleek style and tone.
The landscaping should include some details, but not overly intricate designs.
The interior and exterior environments should have a high level of detail.
The video will feature upbeat and inspirational music to energize viewers and create a sense of excitement around the concept.
Please deliver the final video in a format that is of the best quality to attract investors.
Emphasize the inside and outside equally, especially the moving dogs and moving people, prominently in the fly-through video.
If preferrable, we can possibly purchase real life short videos from istock of moving dogs, swimming dogs, dogs jumping over agility equipment, dogs sitting with their owners at the pet cafe, dog interacting with the Vet etc The video should be created using software or tools preferred by the experts for 3D modeling and rendering.
Use "the best place to attract investors" for the 3D modeling and rendering.
The video should be in the resolution that attracts investors.
