• Workflow Development.
Design, develop, and implement business workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow • BPM UI (SPARK)Toolkit knowledge required.
• BPM to BAW Migration project experience required.
• IBM WebSphere Application Server knowledge required.
• User Interface Design.
Design and implement user interfaces for workflow applications, ensuring a user-friendly experience • Strong Collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in Agile environment.
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
Good-to-Have Skills.
• Working with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban Skills.
