IAM SECURITY & RISK MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

You will help to shape secure and compliant Identity and Access Management (IAM) practices in a fast-paced global environment.
This role is 40 hours per week, with 3 days working onsite in the Eindhoven office.
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and implement IAM policies, frameworks, and procedures.
Enhance awareness of IAM risks and opportunities across the organization.
Manage stakeholder alignment on IAM risk management roadmaps.
Lead and prioritize IAM risk management initiatives.
Provide guidance to address gaps in IAM processes and systems.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, IT, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
10+ years of experience, with 4+ years in security, IT auditing, or IAM.
Strong knowledge of risk management and IAM compliance standards.
Agile/SAFe framework experience is a plus.
Skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
