english (fluent) seeking an experienced iam analyst to join a large global swiss-based manufacturing business in a hybrid work environment.
this role is crucial in supporting, maintaining, and developing the microsoft identity manager (mim) infrastructure and its integrations.
the ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of identity and access management, with hands-on experience in mim and related technologies.
key responsibilities.
design, implement, and manage the microsoft identity manager (mim) solution to meet the organization's identity and access management needs.
develop and maintain powershell scripts to automate identity management processes and tasks.
utilize c# to maintain extension rules within mim.
collaborate with cross-functional it teams to ensure seamless integration of identity management solutions with other it systems.
monitor and troubleshoot identity management systems to ensure their optimal performance and security.
provide technical support and guidance on identity management best practices to internal teams and stakeholders.
stay up-to-date with developments in identity management technologies and recommend improvements to enhance current systems.
qualifications.
proven experience (3+ years) with microsoft identity manager (mim) and other identity management solutions within a large multinational or it service provider environment.
strong powershell scripting skills.
knowledge of c#.
solid understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices.
experience with microsoft active directory, entra id, and other identity management platforms.
excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an english-speaking environment.
