BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as an Human Resources Professional Internship at our new production plant in Viana, Portugal.
Key Accountabilities.
Correspondence management (sending and receiving) Support the organization of internal and external events Stock management of office and pantry supplies Support onboarding process (Distribution of uniforms to employees, preparation of onboarding kits) Support on administrative processes related to the hiring of employees (admission process, employee contracts, archive) Support recruitment process with phone screening and scheduling interviews Preparation of training room, schedule onboardings, assure training documentation is in accordance Develop a culture characterized by good professional ethics and involvement in the process among employees in all areas Comply with environmental, health and safety, quality and productivity standards Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations.
