About the role (COMPANY NAME), the global force in health and hygiene, is inviting a detail-focused Health and Safety Compliance Manager to bring their expertise to our vibrant Supply chain team.

Your responsibilities - Develop and refine Health and Safety compliance programmes to meet global standards and the specifics of our Supply chain operations.
- Conduct comprehensive audits and site inspections, ensuring a flawless alignment with regulations and our internal policies.
- Dive deep into compliance data to spot trends and recommend proactive improvements.
- Work alongside various teams to ensure Health and Safety is a key part of all our Supply chain processes.
- Engage and empower regional teams on compliance practises, underpinning a culture that prizes Health and Safety standards.
- Craft and present detailed compliance reports to senior management and keep regulatory authorities informed and assured of our compliance.
The experience we're looking for -Leadership Ability within Health and Safety & Hygiene and Security, in local team projects and in the group with a cross-functional team -Advanced Level English -Ability to communicate internally and within the group (Corporate) -Ensure HSE and infrastructure security.
-Experience in an industrial environment.
-Results-oriented and enterprising -Fostering the culture of HSE at work -Ability to implement corporate standards in the field of occupational safety and Infrastructures.
