As a HRIS Integrations Developer at SIXT, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Workday ecosystem to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and implement innovative integrations that streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT Develop custom integrations between Workday and various internal and external systems.
Design and implement robust solutions to automate data exchange and synchronize information across platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of integrations.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience developing integrations with Workday using technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, GPC, PECI and, Cloud Connect.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, XML, XSLT, and SOAP/REST web services.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
