What are we looking for? Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Support Analyst, with a focus on HRIS implementations (ideally Talent Acquisition systems like ATS or CRM).
Expertise in data migration, system integration, and testing (SIT, UAT), with hands-on configuration skills.
Proficiency in HR technology tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders and meet deadlines in a dynamic, English-speaking environment.
A detail-oriented, innovative mindset with adaptability to evolving needs.
