What are you going to do? Participate in Implementation Workshops.
Engage with internal entities and solution providers to support system design and configuration; Ensure Process Alignment.
Assist in aligning the new Talent Acquisition solution with organizational requirements through design workshops and configuration; Support Testing and Data Migration.
Develop and execute test strategies, prepare test cases, conduct SIT and UAT, and oversee data migration activities; Documentation and Training.
Create user-friendly documentation, coordinate training sessions, and prepare training materials for stakeholders; Assist in Rollout Activities.
Collaborate with the Product Owner to deliver migration kits, post-Go-live procedures, and a service catalog; Post-Go-live Support.
Manage tickets, monitor system performance, and coordinate updates and enhancements with internal and external teams; Incident and Change Management.
Analyze, resolve, or escalate incidents and manage configuration and enhancement requests in collaboration with support teams; Maintain Security and Access Controls.
Conduct periodic user access reviews, manage grants, and ensure compliance with security policies; Dashboard and Reporting.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track progress, incidents, and system performance for stakeholders; Continuous Improvement.
Identify and implement solutions for recurring issues, optimize processes, and support evolutionary maintenance activities.
What are we looking for? Proven track record in HRIS implementations, especially in international contexts (mandatory); Strong knowledge of data migration, system integration, and data flow connections, including experience with testing methodologies (SIT, UAT) (mandatory); Ability to configure and manage HRIS systems, with advanced skills in HR technology solutions and tools; Expertise in Talent Acquisition systems such as ATS and CRM; Expertise in creating and maintaining project and solution documentation aligned with standard processes; Advanced capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint and Word for reporting and presentation purposes (mandatory); Analytical mindset to address complex challenges and provide innovative, effective solutions; Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, manage resources effectively, and meet project deadlines; High attention to detail combined with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
