Don't miss this great opportunity and apply now! Job Description As an HR Trainee - digital platforms, you will support the HR Digital team with our HR platforms management.
You will be in the driver's seat of our HR transformation, having a crucial role in automating and digitalizing HR processes and improving the employee experience.
In your new role, you will.
* Support the global HR transformation project to harmonize, digitalize, and implement end-2-end processes * Work closely with the Head of our Digital Platforms (MyHR) and assist in daily and operational tasks * Support improving the employee experience, being part of the improvements, testing, and deployment of projects within the HR platform * Consult the customer, being in contact with different stakeholders and HR partners worldwide * Work together with the knowledge management team to improve our knowledge management articles * Assist in preparing clear communication, and organizing communication materials towards HR and stakeholders for meetings and project deployments Requerimientos del candidato/a.

You are best equipped for this role if you have.
* A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Information Technologies, or a similar field * An affinity for Technology and technical implementations * Experience with HR processes, project management, or digital transformation would be a great advantage * An excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint * A data analytical and process-driven mindset * Good stakeholder management skills * Fluency in English.
