Verisure (kown in Portugal as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on, and passionate HR Intern to join our growing Group Functions team in Portugal, with colleagues in, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, and other locations.
This exciting role will be based in Lisbon, reporting to the local HR team representative.
In this role, you will have the chance to learn more about different HR topics, such as recruitment, training, and internal comms.

in line with the strategic decision to further centralise the finance function in Lisbon.
This HR Intern will be a key member of this team and play a critical role to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities will include, among others.
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities * Give support in training & development activities, by taking part in the design of onboarding/yearly training plans for different teams and keeping track of training hours.
* Provide support in all admin HR processes (e.
., yearly vacation planning, onboarding and offboarding activities, occupational health & safety, etc).
* Supporting company events organization and internal comms initiatives.
* Other activities as required Candidate profile Experience and Qualifications We see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals, while also allowing you to build knowledge and experience in general HR practice within an international organization.
As a result, we are looking for a self-starter and high potential individual who will combine strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
Our candidate must be a people-oriented individual, someone who is committed to ensuring good service levels to our internal costumers.
· High education degree in Psychology, Sociology, HR Management, or another relevant field · Fluent in written and spoken English · Experience with MS Office tools · Previous relevant experience (e.
., academic internship) is a plus Competencies * Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate in a multicultural environment and develop positive working relationships across the organization * Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment * Organized, detail-oriented and able to establish priorities and meeting deadlines * Customer and solution-oriented mindset with good analytical skills * Humble, eager to learn, comfortable and effective in a hands-on, team-oriented environment * Strong work ethic, with high personal and professional standards * A Strong fit with our Company DNA Strong fit with our Company DNA * Passionate in Everything We Do.
