Your Tasks * Support the HR Manager in the activities related with onboarding & offboarding.
* Support ongoing recruitment processes * Organize and execute the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations, including administration of leave, sickness, document management, information to legal entities.
* Support payroll preparation * Assistance in the preparation of employment contracts, certificates, legal HR information * Support to employees in all HR related queries (labor code, payroll, time management).
* Prepare and update information of local documentation in the System throughout the employee life cycle maintaining the appropriate update.
* Administrative support to several HR tasks.
Your Profile * You bring a good mix of proactivity, creativity and problem solving * Educational background in Human Resources, Business Management or similar.
* Previous work experience is a plus.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Sense of responsibility, reliable and independent and ability to manage confidential information * You are accountable.
