Job Description Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany to keep HR IT systems of BOSCH running, up to date and prepared for the future.
Our team is looking for a HR Controller to integrate our team, joining our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon.
Your contribution to something big.
Preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the updates of the volumes in the charging tool Prepare the data accordingly with the plant ID and shares Assist in analyzing budget variances and provide reports to management.
Contracting alignment with internal customers Being responsible for any other tasks related to area of responsibility requested by direct superior or by business.
Qualifications What distinguishes you.
Education.
Degree in in Economics, Information Technology, Computer Science or any comparable university background; Experience.
Developing, analyzing, and monitoring budgets.
Also, experienced needed in Cost Management and financial reporting; Knowledge.
Proficiency in using MS office tools; Languages.
Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level), German would be an asset; Personality.
Strong service mindset, good communication, flexibility and resilience.
