Together, we are driving progress forward in a TRUE. BLUE. TRANSITION. #OGJS The HR Controller is responsible for managing headcount budgets and forecasts and their associated forecasted costs. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between HR and Finance, ensuring accurate headcount and employee cost forecasting, and managing positions within our HRIS system. It requires a blend of HR and Finance skills to provide accurate and insightful forecasts and exceptional service to internal customers. RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS Manage headcount budgets and forecasts in collaboration with HR and Finance teams; Forecast employee costs and provide variances rationale to ensure alignment with financial goals; Maintain and manage position data within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance; Provide high quality services to internal customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly; Utilize a connecting platform software for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting purposes; Prepare and present reports and dashboards on headcount and budget forecasts to our stakeholders; Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data and insights for accurate forecasting; Continuously improve forecasting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy; JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in headcount forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis; Strong understanding of HRIS systems and position management; Proficiency in Anaplan software is highly desirable; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work; Important note: Temporary Position - 1 year contract GENERAL INFORMATION SBM Offshore N.V. is a listed holding company that is headquartered in Amsterdam.
