As part of our HR Function, Subsea 7’s HR Service Centre is responsible for the delivery of all HR support for some countries within Africa and Mediterranean region (including Africa, South-eastern Europe and Portugal).
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR Service Centre Department, in Lisbon office, Portugal.
As HR Administrator you will work within the HR Service Centre team to deliver an excellent service to the business and will be the focal point for all HRC activities and queries on a day to day transactional administration supporting the HR function.
Role responsibilities include.
SPECIFIC KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES Maintenance of people data in SAP to ensure the accurate reflection of joiners, leavers and changes Creating and managing HR records (employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal database, running HR reports Perform monthly data integrity audits Assure accurate data to support power bi regional reports Main point of contact for SAP HR queries Ensuring the timely and accurate input of monthly payroll information, but also support Rewards in reporting and data analysis Supporting PIT of expats and inpat and expats internal procedures Train team members in the use of SAP HR Provide monthly headcount reports and analytics Provide accurate data to support regional reports, but also develop follow up reports on monthly headcount and annual processes (Performance Appraisal system, mandatory e-learning trainings, Annual Salary Review, etc.) Basic benefits administration under the countries Insurance and Benefits schemes Arranging the issuance of letters or official correspondences Ensure mandatory training is completed within the required timescales and support of Learning and Development team Development of scorecards for HR leadership and provide meaningful insights and trends on key metrics in support of HR initiatives Test the IT applications developed for the countries before they go live Other additional administrative duties as required to support the HR teams PROFILE.
Degree qualified or equivalent in Human Resources or related field Work experience in data analysis in HR Systems, using either MS Excel and/or Power BI Solid knowledge and daily work interaction with HR Processes and Procedures that require a constant high level of confidentiality and juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner Strong multitasking and administration skills with focus on quality and attention to detail Familiarity with SAP software – Success Factors (or similar people management system) is a plus Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint Good level of English, both written and oral High level of confidentiality Excellent personal and customer-facing skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to prioritize a challenging workload and manage customer expectations accordingly Flexibility and willingness to learn OUR OFFER We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
