We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Nepalese Receptionist to join our friendly and dynamic team at our hostel in Portugal.
If you enjoy working in a vibrant environment and meeting people from all over the world, this is the role for you! Requirements.
Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly and welcoming attitude.
Ability to handle bookings and customer inquiries efficiently.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends.
Responsibilities.
Greeting guests and ensuring a positive check-in/check-out experience.
Providing information about the hostel and local attractions.
Managing reservations and payments.
Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
