Job Description Main Tasks.
Collect and centralize all relevant production incident (critical, medium…)                                                           Assess with relevant stakeholders the production incident to identify historical incident, based on specific criteria (financial, regulatory, human)                                                    Document and challenge all historical incidents outcomes (description of the root cause, related risk, outcomes, remediation actions) and Follow the implementation of action plans                                                               Bring support to answer requests from Inspection Générale and LoD2                                                   Report to the top management all relevant historical incidents and related action plans                                                Technical Skills.
Risk monitoring (knowledge in risk management.
