Position Description.
CGI is looking for Historical Incident Officer to join our team.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Collect and centralize all relevant production incident (critical, medium…); • Assess with relevant stakeholders the production incident to identify historical incident, based on specific criteria (financial, regulatory, human); • Document and challenge all historical incidents outcomes (description of the root cause, related risk, outcomes, remediation actions) and Follow the implementation of action plans; • Bring support to answer requests from Inspection Générale and LoD2; • Report to the top management all relevant historical incidents and related action plans.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Technical Skills.
• Risk monitoring (knowledge in risk management.
ability to identify, alert and suggest remediation) • Risk analysis (ability to anticipate/analyze threats and create risk scenario) • Risk opinion (ability to challenge, approve and decide (new activities, projects…) • Regulatory (general knowledge in IT and cybersecurity regulators framework) and Cybersecurity (general knowledge in cybersecurity risks, frameworks and requirements) • IT knowledge (global knowledge of IT, its major processes and assets & solutions Language Skills • English.
N4 - Mastery Soft Skills.
• Ability to collaborate / teamwork • Critical thinking • Communication skills – oral & written • Ability to synthetize/simplify • Attention to detail / rigour Skills.
