Your new role The company isseeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Helpdesk Coordinator to join theirdynamic IT Operations team.
This role involves managing a service/team,providing top-notch technical support, and ensuring seamless service deliveryacross all IT helpdesk operations.
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, ora related field.
• Experience in providing IT helpdesk support and team management,preferably in an academic or educational environment.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) principles andexperience using ticketing systems to track and manage support requests.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom,common software applications, and network infrastructure.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar technologiesare a plus.
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explaintechnical concepts to non-technical users effectively, both in English andPortuguese (Portugal).
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in afast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose andresolve complex IT issues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and provide on-call supportwhen necessary.
