HEALTHCARE APPOINTMENT SETTER

The primary task will be to set initial consultations over the phone.
Ideal candidates should possess.
- Exceptional communication skills - Prior experience in appointment setting, preferably in healthcare - Proficiency in handling phone calls with professionalism and empathy Your main responsibilities will include.
- Making outbound phone calls to potential patients - Scheduling initial consultations - Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times - Conducting follow-up calls to remind patients of their appointments - Confirming appointments and sending reminders - Collecting and recording basic patient information during calls The appointment setter will work part-time.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in using scheduling tools to manage appointments.
