- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development with proficiency in Python or C++.
- Strong background in IoT ecosystems and hardware-software integration.
- Hands-on experience with low-level communication protocols (e.
., MQTT, HTTP, WS).
- Proficiency in networking concepts, including DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of Linux server management, cloud platforms, and networking hardware.
- Expertise in Bash scripting, including loops, conditionals, and advanced techniques.
- Proficiency with Linux terminal tools (e.
., grep, sed, awk, curl, wget, find, cron).
- Strong understanding of system processes, logs, permissions, and file system management.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools such as netstat, ping, and traceroute.
- Experience with Git for version control and collaboration.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Main responsibilities.
- Design and implement software solutions to integrate IoT devices with backend systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Perform tasks such as circuit testing, motherboard setup, cabling, and hardware diagnostics.
- Develop and optimize code for efficient data communication between hardware devices and software platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to physical connections, cabling, hardware configurations, and software communication.
- Integrate and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable IoT ecosystems.
- Work with hardware teams to troubleshoot and debug hardware-software interactions, ensuring smooth integration.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and debugging for hardware and backend systems.
- Manage version control and collaborative development using Git.
