The Graduate Executive position has been established to cover both elements of a traditional Customer Development Executive (CDE), Retail Marketing Category Executive (RCE) and Territory Manager () position.
The intention is for the incumbent to work in a hybrid role where each of these positions is occupied over a period of 12 months to gain valuable career development to enable them to develop the skills needed to have a successful career in Customer Development.

3 days in Office, 2 days in Field - with Field duties to change to RCE after a period of 6-9 months where the role would become 5 days in the office.
The purpose of a Territory Manager is to to develop and support the partnership between CP and the customer(s) at the store and regional level by nurturing contacts and negotiation.
They provide feedback on the in-store environment which allows rapid revision of Commercial strategies.
The purpose of the CDE role is to provide administrative and analytical support for the relevant key account team to ensure the business relationships run smoothly and efficiently.
The purpose of the RCE role is responsible for the development and execution of retail marketing plans and Omni-channel programs to achieve the portfolio's short and long term business objectives.
Responsibilities include working with Hub Marketing in brand strategy development, new product launch execution, developing and executing 6P+A strategy, planning and analysing consumer and trade promotions, developing and executing Online & Offline Go To Market strategies, providing guidance on customer strategies and initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams.
