As our Global Supply Chain Integrity Manager, you will play a crucial role in upholding our standards of excellence by managing and analyzing quality assurance processes across multiple modes of transport (air, sea, road).
You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify root causes of issues, initiate corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
This role can be based in Europe or the Americas.
Your Responsibilities Oversee the cross-BU (air, sea, road) CAPA (Corrective and\r\nPreventive Actions) and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes to ensure high\r\nstandards of quality for our healthcare clients.
Request input on root causes and corrective actions from\r\ninternal teams, suppliers, and clients; validate this information against\r\nestablished processes within the transportation supply chain.
Craft detailed responses on CAPA/RCA topics for key\r\nhealthcare customers, ensuring complete engagement until issues are fully\r\nresolved.
Work closely with all involved parties to track and complete\r\ncorrective actions for identified issues.
Lead the analysis of CAPA/RCA trends and initiate corrective\r\nactions for repetitive issues, collaborating with agreed interface partners for\r\nimprovement.
Spearhead specific performance improvement projects\r\nidentified through trend analysis, KPI evaluations, and performance metrics.
Take on additional responsibilities in quality assurance,\r\nsuch as lane-risk assessments and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) review\r\nand corrective actions, as the role evolves.
Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business\r\nAdministration, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3+ years in the Logistics and Transportation\r\nsector, with a focus on Airfreight, Seafreight or Roadfreight operations.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role in Logistics,\r\nideally with healthcare clients.
Strong background in quality management, particularly for\r\nhealthcare customers.
A quality-focused and analytical mindset with a proactive,\r\nself-driven approach to managing work.
Ability to validate and challenge information received from\r\noperations and suppliers by considering the broader transportation supply\r\nchain.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the\r\nability to interact effectively across various hierarchical levels and interest\r\ngroups globally.
High proficiency with MS Office and, ideally, experience\r\nwith Kuehne+Nagel’s TMS and TIP systems.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written; additional\r\nlanguage skills are a plus.
