This role requires domain knowledge in Geomatics/GIS stream Where Primary responsibility would be serving as Subject Matter Expert on Geomatics Applications.
• Serve as an expert on Geomatics applications (ArcGIS Application Suite, FME, Geographic Calculator, etc) • Collaborate with internal and external teams to support the applications • Service improvement suggestions and upscaling the team on Geomatics applications • Troubleshooting reported issues for Geomatics Applications and performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Member is expected to Fulfill Customer specific SLA’s and OLA’s • Member need to be flexible to work in Shifts on rotation Skills.
