Are you a German speaker who is looking for an opportunity to grow in a multicultural environment? Vertente Humana is currently recruiting German speakers to work in exciting projects for internationally recognized brands.
Tasks.
- Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to customers; - Managing pending situations.
exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues; - Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.
Requisitos.
Profile.
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German; - Level B2 in English; - Previous experience in Customer Service is valued; - Good computer and internet skills; - Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer oriented; - Flexibility and resilience.
