As a Customer Support Advisor you will be the first point of contact for the clients of a wellknown financial institution.
Youll handle inquiries through calls chat and email helping clients with online banking navigation product conditions and marketing campaigns.
Your key tasks will include.
Assisting customers via calls chat and email Providing information on products and ongoing campaigns Supporting central marketing initiatives Handling card blocking appointment scheduling and mediation processes Youll play a crucial role in improving the customer journey and ensuring high levels of satisfaction in every interaction.
