As a Germanspeaking Content Moderator you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with copyright guidelines and enhancing user experience on a popular social media platform.
Key Responsibilities.
Thoroughly review online videos content complaints and legal notices to ensure precision and compliance.
Update and audit content for seamless upload on social media platforms.
Ensure services meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of client products and services.
Adhere strictly to accuracy guidelines and uphold data protection measures.
Profile.
Fluent in German (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
Strong proficiency in PC navigation and technology use.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Willingness to relocate to Porto and work flexible shifts.
Possession of a valid work permit in Portugal (EU citizenship).
