ET) to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).
Requirements.
Programming skills, particularly in Java and/or.
ET; Strong knowledge of Genesys on-premise components such as Composer, Routing, and Reporting;.
Knowledge of Genesys Cloud; Understanding of contact center operations and business processes; Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and end-users; Experience with related technologies such as SIP, VoIP, and telephony systems may also be beneficial; French-speaking will be a plus.
