Fusion HCM Support Analyst Job Type.
Permanent / Contract Opportunity Start Date.
Immediate Location.
UK Based – Remote/Hybrid Overview.
My client is currently seeking an experienced Fusion HCM Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent or contract basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, and a passion for delivering exceptional user support.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Absence, Core HR, and Benefits.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, working closely with functional and technical teams.
Assist in the testing of updates, patches, and new functionalities in Fusion HCM.
Work with business users to identify requirements and optimize existing workflows.
Document and communicate issues and solutions effectively.
Collaborate with project teams for system upgrades, patches, and new functionality implementations.
Requirements.
Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, including various modules such as Payroll, Absence, and Core HR.
Good understanding of HCM business processes.
Experience with system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Day-to-Day Requirements.
Monitor and resolve service requests in a timely manner.
Perform routine maintenance, data uploads, and system checks.
Assist with training users and preparing documentation for new system functionality.
Work with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and issue resolutions.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
