FUND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Coordinate with the operator to enhance the platform, streamline processes, and establish new sub-funds; Oversee the setup of new sub-funds in collaboration with the platform operator and the AIFM.
Manage the preparation and submission of necessary documentation, ensuring full regulatory compliance; Ensure the timely distribution of all communications regarding fund activities, capital calls, and distributions.
Act as a primary contact for client inquiries related to fund operations; Handle all aspects of fund manager commitments, including completing subscription forms, providing due diligence (CDD) documentation, and managing capital calls.
Review and execute capital call notices promptly, ensuring sufficient cash is available or coordinating client capital calls as needed; Collaborate with the third-party platform operator to manage the execution of client capital calls and distributions from fund managers, ensuring seamless coordination and timely processing; Collect and validate data from underlying fund managers, ensuring accurate Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and timely reporting in collaboration with the platform operator; Ensure fund operations comply with AIFMD and other relevant regulations.
Support or complete quarterly AIFM DDQs, manager confirmations, and annual AIFM reviews.
Assist with SFDR disclosures for new sub-funds and oversee the approval of marketing materials; Assist in managing fund accounts, audits, and other financial operations in coordination with finance and accounting teams.
Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline; 5-10 years of expertise in fund management and operations, with a strong understanding of ICAV or EU fund frameworks; Demonstrated success in overseeing third-party partnerships, including collaboration with platform operators, administrators, custodians, and AIFMs; Background in private equity and hedge fund structures, including handling subscription documentation; Comprehensive knowledge of EU fund regulations and their practical application throughout the fund lifecycle; Skilled in coordinating NAV calculations and ensuring accurate and timely reporting; Adept at managing multiple initiatives, recognizing critical issues, and effectively setting priorities; Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities, with a flexible approach to adapting to changes.
