Functional SAP SD/CS consultant (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon/Porto) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Collaborating with the domain team to ensure knowledge sharing and identify side effects • Promoting the use of global business processes • Following guidance and policies regarding documentation and process • Identifying potential risks and blocking points • Supporting business users to maximize adherence to the solution • Receiving escalations from L2 and providing expertise for root cause analysis or solution fixing • Elaborating designs for enhancement requests, ensuring compliance with the core solution • Preparing general and detailed specifications according to methodology and quality expectations • Handing over designs to the offshore team • Handling customization and coordination with the local development team for specific cases, following the complete change process • Providing recommendations on SAP functionalities • Ensuring verification and regression testing on solutions • Technical knowledge is crucial for accelerating incident troubleshooting • Basic knowledge of the SAP CS module is also beneficial for accelerating processes Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
