FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - POWER PLATFORM AND/OR DYNAMICS 365 CRM

Position Description.

As part of our projects for clients, we are looking for passionate and creative functional analysts to strengthen our well-established Microsoft practice in Quebec, which offers numerous large-scale opportunities.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
As a Functional Analyst for Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365 CRM at CGI, you will have the opportunity to.
- Analyze and Design.
Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and propose tailored solutions using Power Platform and Dynamics CRM/365.
- Collaborate and Act.
Work closely with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional requirements.
- Evaluate and Optimize.
Participate in the assessment of existing processes and propose improvements using Microsoft technologies.
- Documentation and Training.
Write and maintain accurate functional documentation and train users on new features and processes.
- Test and Validate.
Collaborate in defining test criteria and ensure that implemented solutions meet quality expectations.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.

- Proactive.
Comfortable working in an agile team environment, with the ability to solve complex problems and engage in challenging projects.
- Communicators.
Proficient in French or English, with strong oral communication skills.
- Education.
Degree in computer science, information systems management, or a related field.
- Experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in functional analysis with Dynamics CRM/D365 or Power Platform.
- Experience implementing Microsoft solutions, ideally in agile environments.
- Authorization.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in Canada.
Assets.
- Microsoft Certifications.
PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, MB-260 or equivalent.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
