Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and documenting these requirements.
Give advice based on the technical feasibility & complexity.
- Solution Design.
Recommending IT Solutions to address business needs (together with other IT teams and external partners).
- Cost-Benefit Analysis.
Evaluating the financial implications of proposed solutions to ensure they are viable and beneficial.
- Solution implementation.
Translate the requirements into specifications that are understandable by the technical teams and support the team during the developments.
Make sure that the delivered solution meets the requirements (quality assurance).
- Project Management.
Overseeing the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they meet requirements and are delivered on time.
- Stakeholder Communication.
Acting as a bridge between the stakeholders and the delivery team(s), ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Documentation.
Creating/updating the functional documentation to support the RUN activities.
- Training and Support.
Providing training and support to users on new systems and processes.
Technical Skills - MS Dynamics 365.
Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and more especially in CRM module, HR module - Interfaces.
experience with application landscape where multiple systems & technologies are interconnected.
- Project Management.
Understanding of project management principles and practices.
