Job Description Coordinates the local development team, acting as a proxy manager for the onshore management Work with the team to estimate the tasks to be carried out, identify blocking points, report alerts and kpis like tasks progress Ensures that commitments are followed in terms of scope, budget and planning during the product development phase Ensures that the documentation is updated, participates in the updating/creation of architectural documents to present them to the Tech Leader and/or the CTO Performs the code review with the team before submitting it to the onshore Tech Leader Participates in developments Qualifications Java.
