Position Overview.
They are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React, Node.
s, and TypeScript to help build and scale our AI-powered platform.
As part of a dynamic and collaborative engineering team, you will play a key role in developing new features, improving existing systems, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients.
Responsibilities.
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React, Node.
s, and TypeScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, product managers, and designers, to develop scalable solutions.
Build and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end and back-end operations.
Work closely with the AI/ML team to integrate machine learning models into the platform.
Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code while following best practices.
Ensure security, performance, and responsiveness of the application.
Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to improve platform performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications.
3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a focus on React, Node.
s, and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript features.
Experience with back-end frameworks (e.
., Express.
s) and building RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent.
Proficient in Git and version control workflows.
Understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Experience working with AI/ML-driven applications is a strong advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Nice to Have.
Experience with serverless architectures or microservices.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge of workforce management, HR tech, or related industries.
