Our platform allows users to dive into a variety of tasks — ranging from creating training prompts for AI models to refining AI responses for better relevance.
Responsibilities Conduct CV screening and candidate assessment.
Manage written communication with candidates in English to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Organize and conduct interviews with relevant candidates to assess their qualifications and cultural fit.
Maintain and update an ATS to keep track of candidates, their status, and feedback.
Be ready to get involved into different HR projects (i.
., C&B).
