This role focuses on low-level digital design, testing and hardware-software integration, specifically targeting FPGA-based systems.
Could you be the Senior FPGA Digital Designer Engineer that we've been looking for? What do we expect from you? Academic background in Engineering or similar (digital or analogue Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, Software, etc.).
Full-lifecycle software development experience, from initial requirements elicitation to design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, integration and training.
At least 4 years of mastering design and implement FPGA-based systems (Intel Cyclone IV), specialised on low-level programming and hardware-software integration.
Extensive experience with Intel FPGA development environments (e.
., Intel Quartus).
High experience in VHDL, and other hardware description languages such as Verilog.
High experience with testing frameworks (e.
., Siemens Questa Core VHDL).
Highly desirable in the use of simulation and debugging tools (e.
., ModelSim), QuestaSim is preferred.
Experienced in the development of VHDL testbenches and functional models, is an added advantage.
Understanding the development activities in accordance with CENELEC Standard, is a plus.
