Role Overview Join our FP&A department as an intern who is highly motivated and has a keen eye for detail.
As an intern in our FP&A team at (COMPANY NAME), you will play a vital role in contributing to financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting activities, which are crucial for supporting the company's decision-making process.
Role Description As an FP&A Intern, you will play a crucial role in the success of our team.
Your responsibilities will include.
* Assisting the FP&A team in planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
* Supporting the preparation of reporting, forecasts, and budgets, ensuring accuracy.
* Analyzing journal entries, management accounts, and variance analysis.
* Conducting financial modeling and preparing ad-hoc reports.
* Working closely with the FP&A team to discover areas for enhancement and actively supporting their execution.
* Contributing to process improvement initiatives, such as processes mapping and reshaping.
Role Requirements & Capabilities To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Strong Excel skills, including knowledge of Power Query.
Power BI awareness is a plus.
* Strong analytical abilities combined with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
* High accuracy in handling financial and statistical data.
* Proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
