om/we-are-mantu/ As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be integral to our finance team, ensuring the smooth planning, analysis, and reporting of financial activities to support the strategic objectives of the organization.
Your Missions.
Conduct in depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision making processes.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with business goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence to budgetary controls.
Enhance financial processes by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
Partner with regional teams to consolidate global financial data and ensure consistency Requerimientos del candidato/a.
Your Profile.
Academic background.
Master Degree in Finance You have a previous experience in a similar position (corporate finance, controlling, financial analysis…) Experience with advanced financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of financial systems (e.
., SAP, Oracle).
Fluent English is required An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
