Strategic vision.
-Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and FP&A Head, offering strategic financial insights and support for decision-making.
-Support the FP&A team, fostering a results-driven environment.
-Align financial planning activities with business objectives to maintain strategic consistency.
Financial Planning & Performance Optimization.
-Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
-Assess business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
-Enhance reporting tools to improve data visualization and financial analysis.
-Convert financial insights into actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Contribution.
-Work closely with data and finance teams to refine reporting tools and automate key processes.
-Support transformation projects by ensuring financial alignment with company objectives.
-Promote continuous improvement in financial systems, leveraging digital tools for efficiency.
-Collaborate with IT and other business functions to strengthen financial reporting capabilities.
-Engage with finance teams across multiple locations to ensure consistency in reporting and compliance Requerimientos del candidato/a.
-Proven experience of 3 years in FP&A or financial audit.
-Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
-Strong proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
-Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive financial improvements.
-Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple deadlines.
-Fluency in English and French.
-Experience with AI generative tools is a plus
