We are looking for a committed Financial Advisor to join Mantu and support the integration of a newly acquired entity into our ecosystem.
This role is instrumental in shaping and executing the financial strategy, managing day-to-day financial operations, and driving the company's growth as a trusted strategic partner to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities.
- Execute financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and cash flow.
- Act as a strategic partner, aligning financial solutions with operational requirements.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes while designing new frameworks to support business initiatives and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance through KPIs and reporting, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Spearhead process improvement and cost optimization projects Requerimientos del candidato/a.
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated strength in analysis and interpersonal communication.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial software.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.
., ChatGPT, PowerAutomate) is a plus
