Day rate Key Responsibilities.
Lead the design and implementation of firewall systems for an upgrade project.
Manage the lifecycle of firewall configurations and policies.
Assess and mitigate security risks through effective firewall management.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with EU regulations.
Collaborate with security teams for integrated solutions.
Respond to firewall incidents and provide troubleshooting support.
Maintain documentation of firewall rules and changes.
Key Requirements.
5+ years in network security; 4+ years specifically with firewalls.
Strong skills in firewall implementation and maintenance.
Experience with security audits and risk assessments.
Familiarity with EU regulations like GDPR.
Knowledge of networking protocols (e.
., VPN, IPSec).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
EU passport required.
Relevant certifications (e.
., CCNP Security).
Immediate availability for interviews and start.
