The role is fully remote based in the United Kingdom on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities Providing first and second-line support to end users for Workday related queries and issues Assisting in routine issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when needed Documenting and tracking user queries and resolutions for future reference, helping to maintain a knowledge base for the team.
Assisting in the creation and maintenance of user documentation, guides and training materials for users whilst providing basic training to end users on system navigation and functionality Role requirements 3+ years of business and functional analyst experience Understanding of financial processes and data management Controlling and supporting high volumes of end-user queries End user training and documentation Capable of working independently and part of a team Solid communication skills, written and verbally Good problem-solving skills, diagnosing and resolving complex system issues and optimizing processes Able to communicate core functional areas associated to Workday to end users Proficient in MS Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint (desirable to be proficient in Viso or process maps) Experience in Workday system configuration, maintenance, and project management, Experience in fast paced environments handling multiple change items and or projects Desirable skills Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Workday courses or certifications Detailed knowledge of Salesforce B2B Services background Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
