Currently, we are recruiting for a Financial Controller, In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
You will play a key role in supporting the company's growth and strategic initiatives in the renewable energy sector.
As a Financial Controller, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and goals.
You will provide guidance and insights on financial performance, forecasting, and budgeting to drive informed business decisions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing financial audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of accounting principles.
You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to clearly articulate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience for 5 years as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
• Proficient in using financial management software, such as ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing financial audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and procedures, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage the financial audit process, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings.
• Evaluate and optimize the company's financial policies and procedures to drive efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting.
