Descrição Conduct financial data analysis and provide strategic insights to improve business performance and efficiency.
Prepare financial reports, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and investment evaluations.
Actively participate in the implementation and optimization of Business Analytics within the ERP system, especially ERP Primavera.
Monitor and ensure accurate Analytical Accounting and prepare dashboards and presentations for management.
Develop and suggest KPIs to measure and enhance financial performance.
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and scenario analyses (revenue forecasting, cost budgeting).
Review General Ledger and Trial Balance reports from international operations (Switzerland, Brazil, India, etc.).
Oversee the management and documentation of costs and revenues from international branches.
Prepare and monitor Financial Statements, ensuring accurate comparison between budgets and actual results.
Assist in integrating accounting operations following IFRS and international accounting standards.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Support in internal and external audits as needed.
Perfil ideal Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
3-4 years of experience in similar financial roles.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for import/export operations).
ERP Primavera experience - mandatory/preferred.
Knowledge of Business Analytics in ERP Primavera - preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team with a results-driven attitude.
High sense of responsibility and business-oriented mindset.
Experience working with IFRS and international accounting principles.
Residing in the local area (Parque das Nações) - mandatory Full on-site work regime (The company provides parking or transport allowance).
