Descrição Structure the financial area, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient procedures to guarantee the accuracy of financial information Prepare detailed financial reports with critical analysis and valuable insights for the group's growth strategy Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets and financial analysis statements Maintaining the company's general ledger Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities Perfil ideal University Degree in accounting, finance or similar areas A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance in an international company Being a Certified Accountant is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage accounting, controlling, planning, treasury, working capital, tax Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills Effective verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English - mandatory Ability to identify key issues and creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges and/or obstacles Sound negotiation and conflict resolution skills Vantagens Opportunity to join a project in a growth phase, contributing directly to the creation and implementation of local financial policies.
